The course offers flexible engagement, allowing participants to either engage daily or condense tasks into a weekly format.
Course Structure & Requirements:
Daily or weekly engagement, with prompts for reflection and journaling.
Week 1: Setting the Foundation
Establishing a personalised toolkit for ongoing growth.
Selecting a morning or nighttime routine, incorporating three self-care tasks.
Initial reflections on personal desires, current relationship status, self-perception, and past relationship patterns.
Week 2: Exploring Attachment
Understanding attachment styles through video content and quizzes.
Reflecting on childhood attachment dynamics and their impact on adult relationships.
Mapping attachment behaviours and envisioning secure alternatives.
Week 3: Examining Belief Systems
Identifying and challenging core beliefs about self and relationships.
Tracing the origins of negative beliefs and their influence on behaviour.
Crafting positive affirmations and actionable steps towards belief transformation.
Week 4: Inventory of Past Relationships
Evaluating past relationships' impact on spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Analysing behavioural patterns and their alignment with attachment styles.
Recognising relationship dynamics' lasting effects on self-perception and expectations.
Week 5: Preparation for Future Relationships
Anticipating triggers and defining personal boundaries for future relationships.
Discovering love languages and aligning them with communication needs.
Setting non-negotiables and bottom lines to uphold in future connections.
Week 6: Manifestation
Cultivating positive affirmations and visualising ideal partner qualities.
Envisioning the ideal self within a relationship context.
Practicing gratitude and surrendering to the manifestation process.
Participants are encouraged to engage in daily practices, culminating in a reflective session on the course's entirety. This journey is designed to empower individuals to heal, grow, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.
